Joseph James Rogan is a famous American comedian, born on August 11, 1967, in Newark, New Jersey is also known as Jerzy. In the 1940s, his grandfather had moved his family there, so he is of three-quarters Italian and one-quarter Irish descent. His father, Joseph, was a police officer in Newark when he was five. His parents divorced. When he was seven, he was not contacted by his father. But, he never complains about his childhood.
His family lived in San Francisco, California, until he was 11 and then moves to Gainesville, Florida when he was eleven. Then, they settled outside in Newton Upper Falls, Massachusetts, where he attended Newton South High School, and he graduated in 1985.
Rogan contributed to Little League Baseball but developed an interest in martial arts in his early teens. He educated being “terrified of being a loser” as a child and martial arts “gave me not just confidence but also a different perspective of myself and what I was proficient in. I knew that I could do something I was scared of, and that was really difficult and that I could be best at it. So, it was a big deal for me”.
