Crystal Sunrise Queen Luxury Resort & Spa offers you a wide space, 150 meters long sandy beach, and pools of various sizes. It is located on the Side, which is one of the most famous tourist centers.
We flew from Liverpool airport to Antalya on August 18th, 2022, and checked into the Crystal Sunrise Luxury Resort and Spa hotel in Manavgat. Immediately upon arrival, it became apparent there was a bad smell of foul drains/human excrement in the area of the children’s pool. Joseph got progressively weaker, so much so that my daughter rang the NHS and informed the hotel management that rooms 4513 needed thorough cleaning and disinfection. Joseph’s mother Claire was now absent from all family gatherings until Tuesday morning. The Crystal Sunrise Luxury Resort and Spa has a huge problem with its sewage/foul-drain system, which is causing foul smells and blocked drains. We would not recommend any family to visit this hotel, regardless of the excellent staff and service that it provides.
The hotel was excellent, the food was great, the entertainment was great, the location was excellent, and the alcohol was good, but the rooms were tired and in need of modernizing.
I have visited Turkey on three previous occasions in the last 10 years and have always had a fantastic holiday. This holiday was ruined by the hotel’s air conditioning, which was almost nonexistent for long periods in communal areas. The pool area is filthy, littered with plastic and more distressing, cigarette ends & broken glass. The service at the hotel is shocking, the rooms are horrendous and the hotel charges 6.5 euros per racket per hour for tennis. The hotel is in disrepair, the 2nd racket arrived, the air con was either off or low, the floor was bouncing due to leaks, and the entertainment team were chatting with guests whilst in uniform working.

Crystal Sunrise Queen Luxury Resort & Spa – Ultimate All Inclusive is a 5-minute drive from Side Theater and the Temple of Apollo.
The staff speaks English and the property has an excellent beach.
The best time to visit the property for the perfect beach holiday is during the whole year Except January. The hottest time is July-August, but the sun is generally shining in Antalya.

There are 2 outdoor pools, a spa lounge/relaxation area, a hot tub/Jacuzzi, a massage room, and outdoor play equipment for kids.
